Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, you have the right to return or exchange what you ordered, but only in the condition in which you purchased it. Please note that in order for purchased products to be returned, they must be in good, unused, merchantable condition. Products that do not meet these conditions are not subject to return or refusal. If these conditions are met, as soon as we receive it from you, we will make an exchange for a product previously selected by you or refund the full amount you paid by bank transfer (The legal period is up to 30 days). In order to be as correct as possible, we send all products with the "review" option where possible. This gives you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the product before paying for it. When returning purchased goods AT YOUR DESIRE, the transport costs are at your expense and are not refundable.

In case of defects, inconsistencies in the quantity of the products, the size or the information that is placed on the rings, please contact us by phone +359 88 6402275 or send a message to uzunov@plasticapro.com. In the message it is necessary to send a photo or photos of the products, so that we can check together what was ordered and what was actually received. If there are discrepancies due to the fault of the manufacturer, it is possible:

  • Let us rework your order and send it as soon as possible. In this case, the transport costs are at our expense.
  • If you have paid in advance and do not want us to rework your order, we will refund the full amount you paid by bank transfer. (The legal term is up to 30 days).

If, upon receipt of the goods, the packaging is damaged or torn due to improper transportation or there are shortages, the claim and insurance will be honored only with confirmation from the courier. The complaint is certified by a note in the bill of lading. A report is drawn up describing the found condition of the shipment and its packaging. In the event that you accept the shipment at your own risk and do not present your claims to the courier, the claim is considered invalid.

Time for realization of the order:

The normal time for the production of a standard order is between three and five working days. This includes, if necessary, clarification of the request, its physical execution, compliance check, packaging and shipping.
